At IONA, every order is carefully prepared and dispatched with attention to detail to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen operational delays.
During new launches, promotional events, festive periods, or high-volume order periods, processing times may be slightly longer. In such cases, customers will be notified where possible.
Shipping Within India
We currently ship across most locations within India through our trusted logistics partners.
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: Delivery timelines may vary depending on service availability
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, logistics disruptions, public holidays, government restrictions, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be communicated on the website and may be subject to specific conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information, including name, address, contact number, and postal code, is accurate before placing your order.
IONA shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts before returning a shipment to us.
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable for delivery
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Failure to respond to courier communications
IONA reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-shipment of the order.
Damaged Packages
If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend recording a video while accepting and opening the package.
Any claims regarding damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include:
- A complete unedited unboxing video
- Clear photographs of the product
- Clear photographs of the packaging
- Order details

Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
IONA shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Extreme weather conditions
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Strikes or transportation issues
- Any force majeure events
Lost or Missing Shipments
If your tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update.
We will work with our logistics partners to investigate the issue; however, IONA cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier partner.
